Did SMU Fraudulently Obtain Land for Bush's Library-Will Bush Have to Testify About what He Knew?

...plaintiffs contended Bush’s answers were key to proving their case, that the site of University Gardens Condominiums was part of a proposal for the library long before the university bought the land.
The lawsuit pivots on a long-standing battle between SMU and former condominium owners who say the university fraudulently obtained their property.
SMU maintains that it is the rightful owner of the land.

Now that G. 'Dubya' Bush is gonna get a ghost writer and editor to write his book on decisions for him, will he also 'decide' to get someone to read a book for him?

How ironic is it to honor a former President who publicly states he does NOT read or like to read with a Library filled with books he has NOT and will NEVER read? Sometimes God and the Universe have an interesting sense of humor.
