A few pictures-look at the great overhead monitor for showing not only the agenda but in case of, say a powerpoint or other presentation. Not only does the audience have the view but there is another monitor on the wall facing the commissioners and judge, so that they can see it as well. Very high tech and very nice.

4:02 bills

about 9:14 Cunningham on the golf course

about 12:41 Dooley on the Expo Center

14:46-purchase of washer for citizen's center

18:12-about moving the Rhett Butler memorial -about better cooridnation between the city and the county. (See also the audio for the city council that night where they discussed this.)Also about the riverwalk plans. About how the 4b tax committee gets funding and okayed by city.

27:11 change order on expo project, roof and skylight. Trees against the building look really beautiful

30:06 County Burn Ban. Discussion of local fires, aerial fireworks. Tabled till next Monday Txdot with signs?

36:50 Vermeer brush chipper

38:50-Dura Drum Roller 35,954, Dodge Durango, 2 Chargers.

43:27 Shaving and inmate food

44:35 chemical bids

46:35 Hospital district. The hearing that will be set up is ONLY to set up a date to okay a date for an election, is NOT a town hall type format to find out what the hospital district is for, what the taxes will be, why we need one, etc. In other words, if you go to the hearing on Dec 15 at 9:30 am, you'll be there to HEAR about the date being set and not to find out or ask anything about what the fool it is about. Gary Marks said he would be hosting at least 2 open town hall meetings about the hospital district at the citizens center before the February 14th election. I guess that means that there is a window of time to get informed AFTER the date for the election is set on the calendar to find out whether you want to vote for this or not.

1:00 about the interlocal agreement about the groundwater conservation district. Resolution on water district and interlocal agreement with Ellis County on distribution of costs.

1:07 rescind agreement with Fort Worth on waste, Ft Worth would not modify the liability of it.
