Land Grab for Toll Road Begins in Caldwell and Guadalupe Counties, Texas - SH 130

Title of the article in the San Marcos Daily Record is *Smoothing out SH 130 bumps". Right. Owners of the properties around there have now been notified that the Toll Road Is A-Coming.  Couple of noteworthy parts to the article, which is TxDOT spin- first, that Cintra won't own the toll road but only manage it. SO?????? Does it MATTER that TxDOT is doing a sleight of hand by OWNING the properties it is TAKING from citizens of Texas through eminent domain so that a FOREIGN COMPANY can have control of that land and road in order to profit from it? Please. Second item is an attempt to have people not worry that SH 130 is part of the TTC. Does anyone seriously believe that if the state of Texas decided it wanted to expand the road, take people's property and MAKE it part of the TTC that it wouldn't happen?

WAKE UP, Texans and pay attention to who you're electing. Sid Miller is one that is FOR the Trans Texas Corridor and toll roads. Vote him OUT next time.
