Well, welcome to the club! It was only a matter of time before TxDOT ticked-off folks on the national level.  More and more the agency's greed is like the little kid in a big candy store --- except that in the candy store it's only the little kid who will get immensely ill.  In real life TxDOT makes most of us ill.
