The suspension information, which is dated 1/27/2016, does not indicate whether she is receiving a salary or not while on suspension.
On Jan 27, 2016 you notified me of a DUI you received on Thursday 1/21/16 since the position you hold for this hospital is a management position you will be placed on suspension while the investigation occurs.
Note that the personnel file includes a disciplinary communication dated 1/25/2016 for an incident on 1/22/2016 (that would be the day Morgan bonded out of jail for the DWI.) Partial here
Also on Jan 22 2016 it was brought to my understanding that there are post on your facebook page timed and dated throughout the business day when you are here on the clock. This is unacceptable. .... Also on 1/19 10:41 you took a selfie in your office which is also prohibited as stated in the Personal Electonic Device Policy
I will not allow the use of social media or cell phones during the work day outside of what the policy allows. It is best not to post during the business day as this removes all question of whether you are on lunch or break at the time of the posting.
I am seeing a concerning trend in your absenteeism and in leaving early or coming in late due to events that could be postponed until a day could be scheduled.
She apparently didn't tell her boss about the DWI from the day before because the second disciplinary writeup, referenced above, indicates she told her boss about the DWI on the 27th, same day she was written up second time.
