According to the Glen Rose Reporter post of Jan 26, 2016, Elizabeth Ann Morgan was arrested for DWI. She was apparently arrested on January 21st and released from jail on Jan 22.

Mugshot at right is from her previous arrest for embezzling around 55 thousand dollars from Cottonwood Baptist Church. 

Who is Elizabeth Morgan? She is the woman who works as at the Director level in charge of patient records (Human Information Management)  and is HPPA Privacy Officer. She stole around 55 thousand dollars from Cottonwood Baptist Church in Glen Rose over a period of 3 years, pled guilty to a 3rd degree felony and in return got 10 years of probation and deferred adjudication. Now, what were the terms of her probation/Deferred adjudication? 

Notice # 1 and #2, ie "Commit no offense against the laws of the State or any other State of the United States... (report any arrest including traffic tickets within ten days to the Supervision Officer) " and "Avoid injurious or vicious habits and totally abstain from the use of alcholic beverages or the illegal use of controlled substance". 

At one point, one person on the Somervell County Hospital District Board made a motion to fire Ms Morgan, but could not get a second. 

What is Glen Rose Medical Center's Code of Conduct.

Can it truly be said that having Ms Morgan in such a sensitive position that exposes patient records from ANY who go to Glen Rose Medical Center, including residents of Pecan Plantation that utilize Pecan Family Medical Clinic, is a good idea? Or that such a person is acting professionally? I continue to think that Glen Rose Medical Center administration is showing more than a poor lack of judgement by keeping Morgan on as a high level employee. This is a really good question for Ray Reynolds, CEO, as well as every member, sans one, of the Somervell County Hospital District board, whose members include Chip Harrison, John Parker, Eugene Brode, Ron Hankins, Brett Nabors and Karen Burroughs (Paul Harper made a motion to terminate Liz Morgan with no second).

Well it seems that the problem didn't just go away! Who's right now? The "Kookie Woman" that owns this the ""Salon" whom searched, documented, and reported every single detail about Mrs. Elizabeth Morgan backed up by facts, or the "nay sayers that hissed and blew her off as a nut case, and a trouble maker?" What will happen now that she has unfortunately violated her "3 rd. Degree Felony Probation?" She undermined her own future by making yet another bad choice ( she and she alone did this), does she merely get another slap on the wrist and walk away free as a bird? Her actions seem to be screaming for help, her actions are torturing her family, her daughter tries to defend her ( and that's very sad ) but that rug seems to be pulling further and further away from her. As far as her job goes, she should've been terminated the following business day after her time in lock up from her accused DUI lock up! Since Ray Reynolds didn't do that, now it falls on the Hospital Board to do their job and  "Terminate Her," so finish it Chip Harrison, John Parker, Ron Hankins, Paul Harper, etc., etc.! Do your job's and question Ray Reynolds as to why he didn't do his!!!! It's sad that it had to come down to this, and I am praying for this family, but I can not feel comfortable with her in this Job Position at GRMC,  handling such sensitive information when she is struggling to handle her own fragile life as well as that of her family's. 

P.S. Mrs. Harper, my apologies on behalf of all those who viciously attacked you when you were only trying to inform the people responsibly... Haters will continue to hate, unfortunately! But truth always finds the light!

@Anonymous. Thank you. I feel the same way. On a more general note, although I quite often have an opinion on a subject i post about, I seek to bolster it with documentation from open records, video, or audio to make my case. People can choose to read or not, and certainly if someone, in reading, believes that there is another factual side that should be told, I invite that one(s) to post as well.
