Roger E Marks Foundation Back to being legal- Mo Sheldon Still Registered Agent

Checked this last year and found that the Roger Marks Foundation, as listed on the Texas Secretary of State's website was not a legal entity because some required taxes had not been paid. Fixed now. From the Texas Secretary of States website screen caps done 11/17/2014.

Couple of interesting things. One is that the board documents have flipped BACK to how they were in 2007. For example, Monica Sheldon shows as being the registered agent, but I thought she had moved away to Washington State?

And the board members are back to how they were in 2007

Are these still the existing board members? I thought Mike Ford was NOT one of the board members since having voted for anything involved with the hospital would have been a conflict of interest and Mr Ford told my hub he had resigned years ago.

If Mike Ford's lips are moving....................  Remember he is a resident of Somervell County (wink, wink)!  While is wife is a resident of Hood County Pecan Plantation. (Ha, ha)

Watch him he's got his finger again in economic development with 30+ days left in office. Hope he doesn't give us one last "surprise "!  County Cimmissioners beware!!!  Our community needs and deserves leaders!  Not some wanna-be dictator!
