Weekend Happenings
The Promise of Christmas Free Event

17 December 2010 at 1:19:55 PM

Apparently this is the last weekend for this christmas program put on by the producers of The Promise.  Somehow I was not aware of this until I saw a link from one of my Facebook friends.  Looks interesting.  I took this directly off their webpage

"This event is FREE and requires no tickets or reservations. Seating is general admission - first come first served for this event.  We look forward to seeing you and your family, friends, and churches! Donations of canned goods will be accepted for the Tarrant Area Food Bank, and monetary donations will be accepted for The Promise in Glen Rose, Inc. A $5 per vehicle fee will be collected for Texas Amphitheatre parking.

Join us for the following performances
Saturday & Sunday, December 11th & 12th
Friday & Saturday, December 17th & 18th

Gates open at 5:30, Show begins at 6:30!
Come dressed warm and bring a blanket
More details will come soon! Sign up on our email list to be one of the first to know!"

So if you just so happen to be looking for something to do this weekend, invest the $5.00 parking fee and have a good time :)
