PURSUANT TO THE TEXAS OPEN MEETINGS ACT, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT A PUBLIC HEARING OF THE COMMISSIONERS’ COURT OF SOMERVELL COUNTY, TEXAS WILL BE HELD ON

9:30 A.M.,MONDAY, 20th   DAYOF SEPTEMBER ,  2010,

 

IN THE DISTRICT/COUNTY COURTROOM IN THE SOMERVELL COUNTY COURT ANNEX

107 N.E. Vernon

 

IN GLEN ROSE, TEXAS AT WHICH MEETING THE FOLLOWING SUBJECTS WILL BE DISCUSSED AND THE FOLLOWING MATTERS ACTED UPON:

 

OPEN MEETING:

 

  1. A Public Hearing to consider a plan for funding the preservation and restoration of the County and District Clerk’s records archives. (Pursuant to Local Govt. Code, Section 118.025 and Govt. Code, Section 51.305.
  2. The Commissioners’ Court will hold a Public Hearing for the proposed County Budget for the 2010-2011 budget year.

 

This agenda is hereby posted and the above items

will be considered by the Commissioners’ Court

  2. Move $2000. From Road Maint. Vendor Bldg. Repair #430-450 to Road Maint. Rep.   Pts/Supplies #430-350.
  3. Discuss/take action on County/District Clerk 2010-2011 Archive Plan.
  4. Discuss/take action on 2011 Regular Commissioners’ Court dates.
  5. Discuss/take action to adopt the 2010-2011 Somervell County Budget.
  6. Discuss/take action to adopt 2010-2011 Tax Rate.
  7.  Discuss/take action on changes to rules and regulations for subdivisions.
  8. Open/Discuss/take action on Sealed Proposals for Steam Sterilizer.
  9. Discuss/take action on Right of Way Easement for water line on CR407 (Cheyenne Hills)
  10. Discuss/take action on land around Ag. Barn.
  11. Approve advertising for sealed bids for:

(1) Glen Rose Medical Center Roofing Project

(2) Glen Rose Medical Center Joint Sealant & EIFS Project
