CITIZEN COMMENTS: This is for citizens to comment on any subject not on the current agenda concerning county business. Members of the Court may answer direct questions, but any action from this item must be scheduled on a future agenda.
1. Discuss/take action on Re-Plat for Lot 27R and Lot 28R at Falcon Ridge Estates.
2.Discuss/take action on Annual Racial Profiling Report.
3.Discuss/take action to award Library Book bids.
4.Move $130 from G/C Eq Maint Rep Pts/Supplies #444-350 to G/C Eq Maint Tires/Tubes #444-332.

Commissioners’ Court of Somervell County met in a special meeting at 9:30 a.m. on the above date with Commissioners Barnard, Ford and Wirt present. Commissioner Cummings was absent. County Judge Walter Maynard presided.
CITIZENS COMMENTS:Judge Maynard said he has received complaints of individuals “mudding” in the County road rights of way.He asked that Sheriff’s Office watch for this when patrolling.
MOTIONS ON AGENDA ITEMS
1.Motion was made by Commissioner Ford and seconded by Commissioner Wirt to approve the re-plat of Lots 27R and 28R at Falcon Ridge Estates.Motion carried. All voting aye.
2.Motion was made by Commissioner Wirt and seconded by Commissioner Barnard to approve the Annual Racial Profiling reports from the Sheriff’s Office and Constable Precinct #1. Motion carried. All voting aye.
3.Motion was made by Commissioner Ford and seconded by Commissioner Barnard to award the bid for Library Books to Brodart as the primary supplier, with specialty items per the attached list.Motion carried. All voting aye.
4.Motion was made by Commissioner Barnard and seconded by Commissioner Wirt to move $130 from Golf Course Eq Maint Rep Pts/Supplies #444-350 to Golf Course Eq Maint Tires/Tubes #444-332. Motion carried. All voting aye.
There being no further business, motion was made by Commissioner Ford and seconded by Commissioner Wirt to adjourn at 9:40 a.m. Motion carried.All voting aye.
