First up, I asked Doug when GRISD will be putting up video from the meetings. He said that, starting in about a month, there will be audio podcasts from the meetings put up on the GRISD site, with plans to eventually have all the previous meetings accessible as well. Secondly, he's planning to put the video up on Youtube from meetings, I don't think starting next month, but soon. All great!  I think readers know that our position here at Somervell County Salon is that A. There ought to be on-demand audio and, if possible video, from every government and taxpayer funded meeting and B. The entity that holds the meeting should be the ones that update their websites  and C. democracy is served when every citizen is able to hear or watch meetings that he or she isn't able to attend. At the same time, every citizen has the right to also audio and/or video record meetings as well.

Here was the agenda. Video of Joelle Ogletree's Grievance Hearing here.  Have to also do a shoutout for the AEIS presentation done by Dianne Habluetzel.  very well put together. I note that it was part of a public hearing, but no parents were there to ask about the results.

Here's MP3 of the meeting. Best to right click to save to your hard drive to listen.
