From the grievance hearing regarding the denial for her to be a substitute teacher for GRISD. What's interesting here are 2 things. First, that whispery allegations from years ago that Ogletree has been cleared of are still being brought up as reasons not to allow her to substitute teach BUT OFFERS to settle have involved giving her a letter of recommendation to teach in OTHER school districts. Now why in the world would GRISD, if they really believed she was a threat, want to foist her on some other unsuspecting school district? Doesn't hold water.

Tommy Gibson says in this video that even if someone who had allegations against them and an indictment had those indictments dismissed, he would still not okay the application. So, as we have said here before, the unscrupulous who make comments against teachers can ruin their careers and, because GRISD does not respect the criminal justice system, there is no action for a cleared person to take against whispers and allegations.
