Will post the second hour sometime in the next week. (Technical explanation-we did not attend to record ourselves, the built in system that is supposed to do recording is not working after a ligthning strike a couple of months ago, a backup digital recording device only gets the first hour, so it's up the the Good Old Cassette Recorder to get the audio, which of course takes a bit of time. First hour courtesy of Judy N.

Commissioners’ Court of Somervell County met in a special meeting at 9:30 a.m. on the above date with all Commissioners present. County Judge Walter Maynard presided.

DISCUSSION ON AGENDA ITEMS

 

ITEM NO.

 

7.     The Court held a budget workshop to discuss revenue projections and various line items in the 2010 budget. No motion.

 

MOTIONS ON AGENDA ITEMS

 

ITEM NO.

 

Motion was made by Commissioner Wirt and seconded by Commissioner Ford to move:

3.     $1,500 from G/C Maint Property Insurance #441-410 to G/C Maint Tires/Tubes #441-332.

4.     $400 from Building Maint Property Insurance #402-410 to Building Maint Eq/Furn #402-570.

5.     $225 from Personnel Printing #424-435 to Seminar Expense #424-401.

Motion carried. All voting aye.

 

1.     & 2. Motion was made by Commissioner Barnard and seconded by Commissioner Ford to table agenda items 1 and 2.  Motion carried. All voting aye.

6.     Motion was made by Commissioner Ford and seconded by Commissioner Wirt to approve the Interlocal Co-Operation Agreement for Provision of Fire-Fighting and Ambulance Services between the City of Glen Rose and the County of Somervell. Motion carried. All voting aye.

 

There being no further business, motion was made by Commissioner Cummings and seconded by Commissioner Ford to adjourn at 11:30 a.m.  Motion carried.  All voting aye.
