PURSUANT TO THE TEXAS OPEN MEETINGS ACT, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT A REGULAR MEETING OF THE COMMISSIONERS’ COURT OF SOMERVELL COUNTY, TEXAS WILL BE HELD AT
9:30 A.M., MONDAY, THE 13TH DAY OF APRIL 2009
IN THE COUNTY/DISTRICT COURTROOM IN THE SOMERVELL COUNTY COURT HOUSE ANNEX

21.Discuss/take action on rescind & reward bid item #3 on insecticides on the chemical bid.
 
22.Discuss/take action on awarding Janitorial Bid.
 
23.Discuss/take action on advertising for fertilizer.
 
24.Discuss/take action on specs & advertising for 60 portable horse stalls.
 
25.Discuss/take action on Change Order for Glen Rose Medical Center.
